A great-tasting complement to the dry Taste of the Wild recipes, the High Prairie Canine Recipe with Bison in Gravy will satisfy even the most finicky dogs. Contains bison, lamb and venison for a blend of quality animal protein sources to meet the needs of your special pet. Potatoes and peas are excellent sources of nutrients, including carbohydrates. Amount of food your dog requires will depend on age, activity level, environment and breed. Feed at room temperature and refrigerate unused portion. Keep fresh water available at all times.
*For puppies, feed up to two times the recommended adult feeding amount by body weight. As your puppy gets older, gradually decrease the amounts to near adult amounts.
This feeding guide provides a starting point for the amount of food to give your dog each day. We recommend that you keep your dog in ideal body condition and not allow them to become overweight. When changing to Taste of the Wild, we recommend making a gradual transition over 7 - 10 days to help avoid possible digestive upset in sensitive pets. Add a small amount of new food to your dog's previous diet, gradually increasing the new and decreasing the previous diet until the transition is complete.
