good solid feeder but rusted on top where they were stacked and it was painted over oil or water in bed as paint is all bubbled/fisheyed up.

So far so good ! Made it through their first feeding. They are still in the same I placed them. My other feeders are scattered around and flipped over.
When rainy season approaches I look forward to writing a review on tarter’s corrosion resistance.will buy more when other feeders become unusable.

10 Ft Metal Grain Feeder

This feeder is an excellent value, well built and strong enough to stand up to daily use by large cattle. Over the past four plus years, it has outlasted several bunk feeders with poly troughs and light gauge metal stands, which are not much less expensive and tend to rapidly rust and/or break from livestock abuse. Understandably, this metal feeder is far heavier than lighter duty feeders and not nearly as easy to move by hand. It could also use a couple of additional drainage holes to slow down any rust in the bottom of the trough. All-in-all, this is a very recommended product and worthy of repeat purchase. .
