SuperHandy 4 in. Wood Chipper Shredder Mulcher - 9HP Gas-Powered Heavy Duty Chipping Machine, 10 in. Wheels

I bought this chipper about 2 weeks ago after we cut down 30 trees. The chipper has done a great job chipping branches even over 3 inches in diameter as long as they are not over 4 inches. The leather straps in the chute help to prevent wood chips from being ejected back toward the person feeding the chipper.

Best assembly process ever. Clear instructions with the parts sorted into bags for each step. So far the chip capacity is 2”. Maybe 2 1/2” in perfect conditions.

Excellent chipper. I have about 3 acres of dead Piñon pines that I need to chip up and I was given a 2-inch chipper. It absolutely was not up to the task, so I bought this 9hp model from SuperHandy. It eats up everything I wouldn't otherwise save for firewood. Just go slower with the bigger stuff (3"-4" diameter) and you'll be fine. The chips it produces are perfect for garden mulch so you can take care of your dead trees and add some cover to your garden bed at the same time. It sits at just the right height to fill up a wheelbarrow. Elevate it about a foot on blocks to fill a trash can and it does just fine!

Arrived with a slipping throttle and unable go full throttle. Stalled out chipping 2in branches as a result. I really appreciate assembling it and now having to bring it right back to the store. I dont have a truck so I will be lifting it into my car by myself, thank you so much. I really needed an impromptu hassle in getting a woodchipper that does not work out of the box. This product certainly succeeded in providing it. Also, don't get me started on the non-sense I went through trying to pick it up the day before. For instance, it was delivered to the store at 4pm. I got there at 545pm and they still had it listed as being shipped. I had to come back the next day, assemble it and then run in to the aforementioned problem.
