I am extremely disappointed with my first experience purchasing from Tractor Supply. I purchased an 11' x 13' gazebo and, because of the complexity of the assembly, hired a professional contractor at a cost of $750 to install it. After spending more than two hours unpacking, organizing, and sorting what felt like thousands of parts across five large boxes, the final box was opened only to discover that one of the four main support posts was completely crushed and unusable. At that point, the gazebo could not be assembled. Since the contractor had already dedicated their entire day and crew to my project, I was responsible for paying the full $750, even though no installation could be completed. They were kind enough to carefully repack everything into the boxes so I could return the gazebo to the store. I immediately contacted Tractor Supply customer service to explain the situation and ask what options were available. I later learned that replacement parts could have been shipped directly to me, but that option was never mentioned during my call. While receiving replacement posts may have solved the damaged-part issue, it would not have addressed the significant expense I had already incurred for the contractor or the additional cost I would face having them return for a second installation. I also asked if Tractor Supply would provide reasonable compensation toward a replacement gazebo given the circumstances. Unfortunately, I was offered only a $150 discount. Considering the cost of the gazebo, the $750 I lost in contractor fees, and the additional installation costs I would incur, the offer did not come close to addressing the financial impact of receiving a damaged product. I understand that shipping damage can happen, and I don't fault Tractor Supply for that. What disappointed me most was the customer service response. I expected a company to stand behind a product that arrived unusable and to work with a customer who incurred substantial costs through no fault of their own. This was my first purchase from Tractor Supply and, unfortunately, my first experience with their customer service. I had much higher expectations and left feeling that my situation was not taken seriously. I hope Tractor Supply improves both its quality control and its customer service process so future customers don't have a similar experience.

Do not buy, pieces were so bent nothing fit together. Had to pay $49 to scrap it st the junk yard. Total waste of time and money

Pictures were explicit on how to put together this gazebo! It is very sturdy and well made! Extra screws were provided and it is so elegant looking on our patio!

The Gazebo arrived in three days, in perfect condition (5 boxes) The instructions (pictures form) were fine. Not an easy project, but can be performed with two people. I completed it in two and one half days with one other person for the outside frame install .I love the final results. I installed a fan and light. The Gazebo is well made.

Ok, Sunjoy 10x12 Hardtop Gazebo. Redid the platform Thursday to level it (yep it's fairly level now) and built the gazebo yesterday. The box says 3-hours construction. Ummmm, no. Maybe for 3-4 peeps but not for one. This thing is HEAVY. Shipping weight was 495 lbs. Constructed, I'd say 460 (35lbs of packaging). Took me all of 14 hours but that included having to go to Lowes for a 6mm tap set as about 10 of the predrilled holes weren't aligned correctly. If you're going to do this (or something like it) have: 1 - Tap set. Most of these use 6mm (M6) screws. If you don't need it, return it. But have it available. 2 - Silicone caulk to fill the holes you don't use (keep water out). 3 - Impact drill with 10mm (or whatever size socket) this was important as it sped final assembly. The bolts are Phillips head but they strip easy. Better to use a 10mm socket. 4 - To raise the roof, you'll need 2-3 strong peeps and 1 or 2 others (to keep legs from sliding). 5 - A TALL ladder for roof assembly (and somebody to hold it). Unless you have some REALLY strong guys, you have to put the sheet metal on AFTER the roof is on the legs. If you have 4-5 strong peeps available, you MIGHT be able to do the metal and lift it. I guess 400 lbs with the sheet metal on. 6 - With this particular model I have a concern. The top of the top uses an opaque thin plexi for a skylight. I'd rather have had one that used metal as the spot where I have it, limbs could be an issue if they hit just right. Other models use the same sheet metal.

I have this and this is what my backyard needed, it elevated the look of my backyard and I love chilling there with my family and friends! Definetly recommend!

We set this gazebo up at my mother in laws house and she absolutely loves it! It came together beautifully! Her backyard lacks shade so this gazebo helped solve that problem and created a great spot for her to hosts her guests. She had a floating deck built to go under it and had the gazebo screwed down and it looks amazing and feels very solid. My personal favorite component is the insect netting!

We love our new gazebo. It completely transformed our outdoor space.

I’ve now had this Gazebo for a year now. I am so impressed and pleased with the size, quality and workmanship. While it was a bit of a bear to put together, it looks great and performs fabulously. We now sit under the canopy year round enjoying the weather, rain or shine. The size is just right for a couch, 2 chairs, a coffee table and side table. I installed it up against the back of the house, so didn’t feel the need to anchor into the cement pad. We’ve had extreme winds here in Houston and haven’t had any issues or movement. Friends and family love coming over to sit out now. Even so much so, I’ve had a few ask where I purchased as they now want one.

The installers were great and this is a very nice, well made Product! Look forward to several years of enjoying it.

Perfect gazebo for back yard.

My contractor built me a platform first, because I didn’t want to have my furniture on the concrete also didn’t want to have it bolted down to the concrete, he had to do a little adjustment to the gazebo, it turned out great, loving it all.

Perfect looks beautiful hopefully it holds out against bad weather, took a full day for 3 men to put together if anyone is looking for how difficult it is to assemble. Seems sturdy enough and came with all the parts to screw into our deck.

Beautiful gazebo. We hired a handyman to put together and it is such a popular model he had put together 3 prior to ours. (DS Handyman In Rock Hill did an amazing job!) Small warning- package it comes in is over 495 lbs and will arrive on pallets. Make sure you answer the call of your delivery driver so it doesn’t end up somewhere you have to move.

Love This Well Built Gazebo!!! Installation Take About 5 Hrs A Two Man Job!!!

This took my husband about 10 hours to put together. I helped him put the legs on the roof but he was able to do most of it all on his own. We LOVE this gazebo so much already and adds the best shade to our very unshaded back yard!

Gazebo is well made and pretty easy to put together. Directions are simple to follow. My husband and I were able to put it together by ourselves, except when lifting the roof onto the 4 posts. That took about 4 guys to help. The gazebo is really pretty and I love the netting is comes with to keep the bugs out. Definitely worth the money!

Love this Gazebo! Directions could have been better and other reviews are spot on that it takes 6-7 hours to assemble. My husband and I did it just the two of us but really could have used a third person.

Came in a big box on the back of a lift gate freight truck. Unpacking it and seeing all the pieces was intimidating, there are a lot of parts! It was however easy to put together, I did 99% of the assembly myself and only needed help when lifting the roof frame onto the four corner posts. The instructions are very easy to follow and all parts and hardware are clearly marked, making it easy to get this together. Holes line up and screws go in easy, no need to wrestle with a part to get the screw into the hole. I recommend a couple of tools to help with the assembly; a 10mm box-end wrench (ratcheting if you have it), 10mm socket and ratchet, and a driver/drill with a socket attachment. The driver with socket makes connecting parts fast and easy. When looking at Gazebos I chose this one because it has a metal roof. Where it's on my patio and gets full sun all day I knew that cloth roof would last only a couple of seasons before it needed replacement. This Gazebo exceeds my expectations and it looks like I will get many years out of this one.

We love this so far. Was able to put it together in one day with two people. Keepss the rain out. Love the mosquito net. Looks very high end.

We LOVE this gazebo! Put it right next to our pool. It’s just perfect!

It is a sturdy structure and relative easy to put together. Me and my son did the build and then had some friends come over to help us put the top on the post. It is well built and high quality. Easy to attach to the deck. The only draw back is the wrenches are not very good but i had my own to use so it worked out well. Very nice product and looks great

Everything was top notch. From the ordering to the delivery. To the set up. We couldn't be happier.

We love this gazebo on our 16’x16’ deck. Now we can enjoy the rain. It’s beautiful!
