I bought my tape measure less then a week ago and it is already sitting in the trashcan because the tape came off the roller when I only stretched out 16’ roughly. So yeah had to send one of my guys to the store to purchase another one and while doing so my client told me she is going with someone else because I was taking to long to give her an estimate. I know your company makes good products but maybe you should look into re engineering the way the tape is fastened to the spring loaded roller. Cause if it’s coming off halfway thru the role from backlash there could be room for improvement
No, I do not recommend this product.

Ok so I been using this for 3 weeks but I is hard to use as 1 hand but still, I love it it has excellent quality and I am really used to the lever lock instead of power lock. I recommend for you to get this! Really useful because it has the 1/16 inch and no 1/32 inch! (Because the 1/32 inch line drives me COCO!

Every time I go on the job site I use this tape measure because it is easily located and great to use. It fits in my hands like a glove and releases when the button is pushed.
