You get what you pay for

I own six of the 50 footers and one of the 100 footers. These are by far the best home use hoses on the market, and they are probably tough enough for commercial use. They are extremely flexible and lightweight for their type, but they do not kink. Also, the ends are easy to grip if you have arthritis. The only possible issue that I can see is they have significant volumetric expansion in their diameter. This means that it may take a minute to get to full pressure when opening your hose bib.

Don't buy if you want to attach to a hose reel

I bought this hose to attach to a new Suncast hose reel. The design of the hose makes it impossible to work with a hose reel without severely kinking at the female end of the hose. The female "handle" is about 4 inches long and the hose itself is too flexible, so when you reel the hose, it severely kinks at the end of the female handle.

100 foot fatmax water hose

Purchased 100 foot hose just over 1 year ago for our horse stable, this hose is dragged across gravel driveways, barn aisles and screwed on and off hydrants and faucets numerous times a day. Only just recently we had to replace the female end do to loosing its ability to thread onto faucets, over all we are very pleased with this hose and have Purchased 2 more so each area of the farm has a hose. Yes we would purchase again.

Disappointed

I bought this hose because it was marked and listed as a premium product. It is just a heavy duty standard hose. It kinks quite a bit and it is a hassle. It's not nearly as good as the Goodyear hose.
No, I do not recommend this product.
