WindmillPrepare the Legs: Loosely bolt together the four main legs (each made of two pieces) to ensure the structure stays flexible for adjustments. Almost Perfect!

I really like the product, but there appears to be a fitment issue. When following the instructions and using both washers to secure the rotor, the assembly binds up and will not spin. Leaving the front washer off solves the rotation issue, but it leaves the unit vulnerable to harsh Texas weather conditions. Please let me know if there is a recommended fix or replacement part available.
