Build your lawn with Scotts Kentucky 31 Grass Seed Mix for new lawns and overseeding. This grass seed mix contains a curated blend of seeds that offer benefits beyond what Kentucky 31 alone can provide, so you can grow a thicker, greener lawn vs other Kentucky 31 mixes (see label for details). In addition to Kentucky 31 Tall Fescue for durability and less maintenance, this mix also contains heat- and drought-tolerant (once established) Premium Tall Fescue for dense, green cover and quick-growing Annual Ryegrass. With this grass seed mix, you'll see results in as few as 5 days! The ideal time for planting this grass seed mix is during the spring or fall seasons, when the average daily soil temperature stays consistently between 60°F and 75°F, or air temperature between 65°F and 85°F. We recommend using a Scotts spreader to apply this product, following recommended settings on the label. One 40 lb. bag has a new coverage of 3,330 sq. ft. and an overseeding coverage of 10,000 sq. ft.

I trust the Scott’s brand

I’ve always trusted Scott’s products so I’m very excited to have Scott’s Kentucky 31 grass seed mix. We have damaged areas in our yard from our dogs and I’m looking forward to repairing those areas along with areas where we’ve had to pull weeds that have become Baron My husband is a real sticker when it comes to his yard and the appearance of it and he takes pride in mowing our lawn and making it look amazing so I’m excited for him to see how well Scott’s grass seed works. Be sure to follow directions for the best results and have fun taking care of your lawn with Scott’s Kentucky 31 Grass seed Mix

This is easy to use very simple

Was pleasantly surprised at how well the packaging was the packaging was very well made and secured with the grass seed mix the mowing was fantastic and the value from the grass seed was impressive very happy with that the watering was very easy and very simple to do with the grass seed mix this will control the weeds ver well and contain them where I no longer have to worry about weeds

Great grass seed

So pleased with the product. We placed it a few days ago and we can tell it’s already going to provide excellent coverage. The bag was easy to open and the seed looked healthy, no bad smells and a great amount to cover a large area. Easy to spread, we used a hand tiller to break up the soil and hand seeder. It stormed last night and the areas treated still look great so far. We have made sure to follow instructions on watering and are excited to watch it grow!

Grow a green and plush yard fast!

This grass seed was so easy to use and grow. I loved how all I had to do was till the dead grass spot in my yard, throw down some seed and water it for growth. It grew so fast and covered up the dead spot. I loved this seed!
