The Scotts EZ Seed Patch & Repair Tall Fescue Lawns is a revolutionary seeding mix that guarantees seeding success! This seed patching formula features premium continuous-release lawn food and super-absorbent material for optimal growth. This lawn mixture makes it possible for grass to grow anywhere. This lawn repair grass seed formula features a tackifier to reduce seed wash-away on sloped areas of your lawn. Available in 40 lb. bags.

  • Grows anywhere when cared for properly
  • Tackifier reduces seed wash-away for sloped use
  • Suitable for sunny, densely shaded, or high traffic areas
  • Absorbs six times its weight in water
  • Combination seed, mulch and fertilizer for optimal growth
  • Takes 7 to 14 days to germinate
  • Fall and Spring are the best times to plant grass seed
  • Seed germinates best when temperatures are between 60 deg. F and 80 deg. F and danger of frost has passed
  • Water daily or as needed to keep soil surface moist for the first 2 weeks, or until seedlings reach 2 in. in height
  • Resume mowing when the lawn reaches desired mowing height or about 3 in.

Scott’s turf builder always works well for us. We have a lot of dry and bald patches in our lawn. The turf builder helps so much. It’s easy to apply and maintain. It continues to repair our grass and help make it thick.

All in one made simple

I am very impressed with this bag. I had a spot that needed soiling where the dogs have been running in and out. Seeds is mixed with soil improved material and fertilizer an 3 in 1 mix to help get your grass growing. Once the ground was ready I sowed the grass seed and covered with hay to keep the birds from eating. Simple and easy to sow and what I liked the best was everything all in one bag to make it simple and fast. Due to drought I am watering morning and evenings which due to climate is taking longer than expected for growth. No fault to the grass. I have noticed tiny fresh grass starting to grow and so far no weeds have been detective. The texture of the grass that is growing is young And tender. And the consistency looks eventually through out. I am very pleased with the results so far. If you’re looking for something simple and all in one. I highly recommend this product.

I received for free for my honest opinion. The 3-in-1 Tall Fescue Mix is genius. Excellent price point for results expected after researching ingredients and reading so many positive reviews. The instructions were straight forward and applying the product was easy. Really the spreader did all the work. I look forward to seeing a healthier lawn in the next few months. Good job, Scotts!
