This ScaffoldMart Reversible Multifunction Scaffold Unit is the world's most stable multifunction scaffold! It features ScaffoldMart's patented, extra-long, 23 in. siderail cuffs. All other manufacturers use 18 in. cuffs, providing significantly less stability, especially when stacked. Not only is it more stable, but the siderail is also reversible! ScaffoldMart's patented siderail can be applied upside down, allowing it to achieve height settings as low as 10 in., lower than any competitive model. With the addition of safety equipment, these units can even achieve a maximum standing height of up to 79 in.; conventional units top out at 71. Make easy work of lifting by having this scaffold unit in your garage or workshop.

Q: It seems like it would tip when you climb up the side. How does it stay planted?

- A: That is an excellent observation; there is a slight tip condition in the single stack configuration. To remedy this, we recommend our ideal-angle outriggers. They shift the pivot point behind the person climbing, eliminating the tip condition. Another option is to use the hatch walkboard so that you're climbing between the ladders. Quite pleased with the versatility!

I utilized this scaffolding for a one story house siding project and it worked well. I did like how I could at a lower level than a similar scaffold that I own. Utilizing a 15 foot aluminum plank between them I had a good section of wall covered. I did paint the wood surface of the panel to protect it from the elements and wear.

Strong and stable

Strong and stable scaffold setup. I used it to work on a 10' ceiling and as long as the wheels were locked, it was very stable even standing on the edges. The wheel locks are easy to set but to release them I found a light tap with a hammer worked best.
