Q: Sizing it says adjustable what exactly does that mean

- A: Hi City Girl, Adjustable hats feature an internal drawstring or elastic Velcro band hidden inside the sweatband that lets you customize the fit to your head size. The mechanism allows you to tighten the hat by approximately 2 to 5 centimeters from its base size without any visible external hardware. To adjust, find the small drawstring or elastic Velcro band inside the hat and pull gently to tighten, or release to loosen. Some styles, like our roll-up visors, use an outer Velcro or hook-and-loop band instead. If you are between sizes, order the larger size and use the adjustable band to tighten for a secure, comfortable fit.8 days agoHelpful?
Q: Does the beaded part on the top of the hat come off?

- A: Hi rcat! The conchos are securely attached to the decorative band on the hat, not directly to the straw. You can easily remove the entire band (which carries the conchos) if you want to change the look, but the individual concho pieces cannot be unfastened from the band without altering it.3 months agoHelpful?
