The Rust-Oleum 15 oz. Black Automotive Truck Bed Coating Spray provides durable rust protection and abrasion resistance with a non-skid, textured coating. Use the truck bed coating spray on bare or worn metal or previously painted truck beds to ensure a long-lasting, weather-resistant finish. This specialized coating forms to the contours of each truck bed, ensuring every inch receives protection. The can features a wider spray tip for comfort during extended spraying and can be used at any angle, including upside down. Comes in a 15 oz. can.

Supposed to be undercoating but the product is not thick at all. I shook it vigorously so it would have texture through the whole spray cycle, because I have had that issue with this type of product in the past where the texture would end up at the bottom of the can but this product has zero texture. As I sprayed it never thickened or sprayed like you would expect undercoating to spray. It came out of the can just like black spray paint, $20 spray paint. I used several cans and each one was as disappointing as the first. I never achieved the texture depicted on the can . Very disappointing for a Rust-oleum product. And for the amount of money I spent on the product.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Don’t waste your time/money

I purchased 3 cans to protect the floor of a new metal dump trailer. 2 of the 3 cans stopped spraying almost immediately. The nozzle wasn’t clogged but something inside the can. I didn’t even try the 3rd can. As far as product quality I cannot comment I could get the product out of the can... Very disappointed with this experience because usually Rust-Oleum is a quality product.
