A great beginner griddle. Easier than expected assembly. Large enough for large meals and parties. Sturdy, heavy and good quality. Recommend getting a laser thermometer to check temp on griddle.

The assembly has a lot of parts, but the instructions are straightforward. The griddle heats up quickly, and I really like that each of the four burners can be adjusted independently. It made it easy to cook burgers, and breakfast foods at the same time without everything cooking at the same temperature. The large cooking surface is perfect for feeding a family or a group. The hood is a feature that helps protect the cooking surface between uses and is useful for melting cheese or keeping food warm. Cleanup is also easier than expected thanks to the grease management system.

The instructions were very simple to follow and the size of the grill is perfect! I didn’t find it too heavy to take from where I built it to my backyard so that is a plus. I decided to cook come steak quesadillas on it after getting it seasoned and it cooked my meat perfectly! It was very easy to use, I would definitely recommend it!

Winner in our house

My husband was so excited to put this together and it is super sturdy amd durable. We looked up some tutorials about seasoning the griddle. We first washed it then coated in oil. The best suggestion was to watch where it browns first and rotate and remember these will be your hotspots. We love the way you csn put side tables down for easier storage. Like that there is a hook for propane and to hold utensils. My husband thinks this one beats a competitor brand even.
