Good camera, setup instructions iffy

The camera seems good. Set up is frustrating as some steps are missing in the directions and it can take a long time for the system to update after making a change. It would be helpful that when you print a SQUARE in information to just put the dang web site under it. Some of us would rather look at detailed info on something larger than a phone!

Easy set up

Camera is easy to set up. Pictures are clear and app is great. Monthly plans are within a budget that can be easily managed to fit each camera I have out based on game movement. I could go on here so in short, great purchases for me over the past two years.

The equipment set up and use is good. Easy to use but when the downloads don't come as they should when your paying for the "extra" to receive downloads, I come to find it as a product that I regret and should have just got the 4. 0 instead.
Failed video downloads
When the video fails to download, you can't request a download no more. . so you lose out on the best videos.
