Ordered two of these with same day delivery for emergency placement fosters I was taking in last minute. One is fine, the other was delivered rusty and broke within two weeks which is pretty crumby considering how much it cost. I can’t even fold it up to try to return/exchange because of how it broke and it won’t fit in my car without folding. Both kennels were used inside mind you as an alternative to a crate so the damage was not done by weather of exposure following delivery.

The tarp was covered in mold and the crate itself completely rusted. I returned it immediately.

The gate was bent and it was missing the canopy top, tired reaching out to tractor supply and got to response. Very disappointed

Would have been ideal for the reason bought, however it was broken in 2 places making it hard to set up. Lightweight metal was already rusted in 2 places. Hoping after the money spent it will make it through the rest of the summer for 4H animals.

I used this as an emergency chicken coop during a hot 90's & humid stretch. Works great!

VERY unsatisfied with tsc i ordered it from the website said it would be here next day and then changed to 4 days later after i actually placed it. so then i tried calling the support to cancel my order nobody would answer and i couldn’t get ahold of anyone it was just a automated message system. the local store says that they can’t do anything. my package was apparently damaged by ups and sent back to the sender and they have not sent another out, i still cannot get ahold of anyone to get my money back because i haven’t received my order so very unsatisfied and very unhappy with this.

Item recieved rusted and some bars broken, the push mechanism on the gates to adjust them broke from rust.

I would love to say good things about it but I never received it. Apparently it got lost in the FDS hub in Hutchison TX. I’ve been trying to call in to TSC and report a lost package, but I run out of time waiting for someone to talk to.

Ordered online and needed for dog that came home from surgery. When picking up they only had one that wasn’t in a box so I had to get it. When I got home it had several pieces that were broken. I left email stating this and never received a response. I will not order online again. I will see what I purchase from now on.

This is an excellent little kennel. We’ve used it for so many things. We’ve used it for baby bottle lambs in the house, small dogs, and mini pigs.

Very nice. Easy to assemble and disassemble.

Roof collapsed after a couple rainstorms. Made of very cheap parts.

Never recieved the product

Not at all what I expected! It was tiny. And parts were missing when it was delivered. Very disappointed. I returned it to my local store for a full refund.

Our kennel was delivered today. Too small. the panels are not 5' foot tall. Bag and tarp for roof has mildew and faded. The booklet for directions has been wet and dried out and could not open to read,

This kennel would be suited for a very small dog that is not going to do anything more than sleep. It is very small and not going to hold up to anything moving around in it without falling apart.

This product is very durable and heavy duty and very convenient.

Feels sturdy but it cannot contain a rowdy dog. Joints folded under the first attempt to test them. Hundreds down the drain.

Ours came rusted

I bought two of these to help get our 11 puppies out and in the yard and more outside playtime. My puppies are full Australian Shepherd. I put both of these kennels together to make one long kennel. They were very easy to attach together instructions. Very simple to understand. The kennels themselves are very sturdy the puppies love their new play area plus you can slide it around the yard if you need to, but just note it will take two people. The kennels are very durable a little heavy but one person putting them together is very simple. It’s just that moving them once they are attached together we’ll take two people just because they’re a little cumbersome. The two canopies they have in there are OK. They need to rethink the Velcro holding the corners, but we did seem to make them work and they turned out fine if you’re looking for an outside kennel to put a dog or puppies, I would highly recommend but just note puppies like to dig and they will try to dig underneath so you may need to have an option to help deter this behavior like a small board or something in the corners. It’s pretty easy to figure out. The puppies themselves do try to figure out how to get out, but the latches for the doors are very good and since there’s no walls, there’s a lot of ventilation for the area you may want to put a tarp or something over the center if you combine the two together just to give more sunshade.

I don’t understand why people say this is small when the measurements are clearly stated and if a dog is getting out and able to open the door/gaye then it wasn’t latched/clicked when being closed. This is an excellent dog cage. Withstands inclement weather. I would say it not meant for large dogs. You would need much bigger and taller. When description states 5 foot that’s including the cover on it in the center.

I bought this item to attach to pet fencing that I have for an area out of the sun, and out of the rain. My pups love it. It’s is well-made and goes together easily.

Kennel is overpriced for the size. I have an 8 week old puppy that can easily open the gate and let himself out. Not very sturdy either.

It showed up with pieces outside the package laying on the ground no plastic wrap and missing pieces. I tried to setup the fence and the push button locks were stuck and I had to get a hammer and hit the locks to get them unlocked. This is the worst fence. Size wise I'm 5'6 it barely comes to my chest and fully put together it's big enough for a puppy under 1yr. Since I needed the fence asap I had to do a make shift fence but I know I would never recommend this fence!

Product showed up several days late, with parts hanging out of the box and in a box that looked like it fell out of a moving truck on the highway. Several spots are bent and banged up. Very disappointed and unsure if the product is going to be fixable or not.

I am amazed at the engineering and quality of this kennel. So easy to assemble and able to be stored after use in a convenient bag. Super design and sturdy too.

I have 3 kennels. All are used outdoors and have held up well over the past 3 1/2 years with no problems at all. I have one set up single and the other two are connected to double the space that the dogs have when they’re outside.

If you too have a moronic dog set on financially breaking you….this is great for an ACL tear. This one is a 50 pounder. She maybe even has a little too much room for the given purpose. However, this will make a very nice “sick chicken run” when i need it. I can’t speak for how long it will last but this is like a metal baby play pen. It has buttons that click that allow you to move the panels. I would think it won’t hold up forever if left outside 24/7 but I dont need it for that so there ease of setting up and taking down and storing is perfect for me.

Upon bringing the kennel home I noticed there was rust on the cage and one of the hinges was cracked.

Well made kennel, easy to setup quickly, yet is secure and stable for a medium size dog.
