Received a clearance item but charged full price

I paid $119 for this as an online order to pick up in store. When I arrived to pick up my order I was given an open box with tape all over it and the box had a clearance sticker for $45. I went back in and was told the item was fine but no offer was made to refund me part of my full purchase price. I was charged $119 to pick up an item that would have only cost $45 if I had purchased in store
