Remco's Fatboy SmoothFlo Series 7.0 GPM pump is the highest-performing 12 VDC sprayer pump on the market. With a pressure setting of 100 PSI and a heavy-duty pressure switch, the Fatboy SmoothFlo is built specifically for the softwash and cleaning industry. The Fatboy SmoothFlo is American-made and engineered with Professional Grade components designed to withstand long duty cycles. Remco's signature sealed electric motor and industry-leading 14 AWG wire leads protect the pump from the elements and keep it running reliably in extreme environments. The Fatboy SmoothFlo's materials of construction are compatible with most common cleaning chemicals, including bleach. Remco's Flo-IQ technology protects the pump from harmful pressure spikes while limiting pressure switch cycling. Q: What type of battery does this pump take?

    A: Good Question, we recommend using a 12 VDC lithium Ion battery for optimum performance. There are other 12 VDC battery options you can use, like a deep cell or deep cycle marine battery. You can also connect this to an alternator charged 12VDC battery like the one in a pickup or work truck. Returned after 20 minutes of use. The pump kept shutting off and did not pull chemical.

Terrible used for a total of two hrs and the pressure switch goes bad and remco refuses to send me a pressure switch

Sorry to hear about this, pressure switch failures are directly related to operation and system sizing. Unfortunately, this is not a factory defect covered under warranty, which we covered in our troubleshooting.
