Missing and broken parts

Received coal buck in mail and there was no shovel with it . Also, the metal part that holds the shovel was broken off and laying inside the bucket . Contacted customer service three times and they never got back with me .

Useful bucket with rear handle

I this coal bucket to put pellets into my stove. It holds 15ish pounds of the pellets we had delivered this year. The reason I wanted this bucket was the handle on the back. It is so much easier to pour the pellets with this handle. The little shovel has helped to gently push the pellets further into the hopper. Other reviewers had trouble with the sticker on the front - I had no issues. I peeled it slowly and 99% of it came off.
