I bought the Racka on sale. I was the least expensive one they offered. It has the regular batteries. Looks good, and seating for 4. They come with everything needed to get inspected, and put lsv plates on it. I was a little apprehensive after reading other reviews. Took to the lake house, and began using it. Everything worked fine for a couple weeks. The castle nut fell off of the steering/suspension. After further inspection it appeared that no cotter pin had been installed. Called warranty. They did ship me the parts to repair it, however it was close to a month. I sourced the correct nut locally, and was up and running that day. I did a further inspection to see what else wasn’t assembled correctly. A couple slightly loose items were found. Nothing major! All other cotter pins were in place. After that no other issues all summer. We ended up putting over 800 miles on it last year. Decent range on a charge. About 35 before the battery gauge was at 25%. We are considering buying another one. I will probably go another year to see how it continues to hold up

After much study, I had high hopes for the Racka. I returned it in less than 24 hours. It just wouldn't pull through the sand on my ranch roads. Not particularly tough conditions. An inch or so of fluffy sand due to the drought. I managed to travel about 200 yards before getting stuck the first time. Very disappointing. It also didn't do well climbing any type of incline. A slight slope would slow it down a lot. I believe the manual says 20 degrees max. Another reason for purchase was it appeared to have a suspension suitable for being off the pavement. What I found was an extremely stiff suspension that gave an incredibly rough ride over the smallest of bumps (think gravel or tractor tire impressions). It was jarring.... which also made a lot of noise with every part and piece shaking and rattling. So much for using it to sneak through the woods. On the plus side, it did great on asphalt. Plenty of acceleration on a hard smooth surface. I give credit to Tractor Supply for making the return fairly easy. I called customer service to set up the return and they were extremely nice and accommodating. The actual staff at the store, not so much. Their first goal was to get me to buy something else I didn't want. Begrudgingly, they finally gave in. It just shouldn't have been that hard. Overall, the Racka isn't for me but Tractor Supply Co. proved to be a good place to do business.

For the price, this golf cart seems to work quite well. The only issue I have experienced was the light bar was plugged in wrong causing it not to work on the high beam setting. Took me about 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong and corrected the problem.

After two weeks of owning the windshield is separating where the window folds, plus the whole cart squeaks when driving around. I called to do a warranty claim and filled out all information they needed and they said it wasn’t covered under warranty that it is cosmetic. Offered to give me 20% of parts. Would not recommend buying. Racka Coleman Company doesn’t back up product.
