Slightly rockier sand

This sand isn’t the fine sand you’d normally associate with sand boxes. It has more pebbles and is a grey color. The kids will still play with it, but wanted to note it incase you are going for the finer play sand.

We upgraded our sandbox and went to get the same quickcrete from TSC we got last year. The product has changed. Very disappointed. I am going to try to return the bags we didnt dump yet. But be wary, this sand is dark and more grainy. Not like beach sand

Horrible sand!

Very upset with this sand. We have used this brand many years because it’s USUALLY white and doesn’t stain. I dumped this bag into our play sand pit and it’s orange sand with rocks! Not only does it stain clothing horribly, but the rocks are not safe around my small children who put stuff in their mouths.

The picture is incorrect. This was not what I received. The sand was in a much smaller clear bag and perfectly sealed. When the 6 bags were opened, all were wet. Wet sand weighs more. You are paying the same price for much less sad. Rip off!!!

Although it had rained the night before and the bags (and sand) were wet, the delivery was fast. The delivery company placed the bags where I asked. I was able to spread the wet sand easily and immediately. Once the sand dried out, it was exactly what I needed. The sand was bright and finely textured without any foreign matter in it, making perfect for location at a great price.

This was not what was sold to us. For the pick up, they gave us some generic multipurpose sand that was a much poorer quality. I would not recommend buying this from them. When I brought it to the attention of the employee, he just blamed the website not knowing what they sell in the store....I've been going out of my way to tell people not to buy sand from Tractor Supply

Wrong sand

There are two different versions of this play sand. One is wet and one is dry. I ordered the premium sand that is supposed to be kiln dried, and is the bag depicted on this page and advertised in the description. What I received was not only the wet sand version, but it appeared the bags had been sitting outside in the rain so they were especially soaked. Rather than deal with the hassle of returning I made do with it. But I will not trust tractor supply delivery again and would recommend going to the store (or a different store) in person to get what you need.

Soft clean play sand.

There were no rips in the bags like other main hardware stores HD and L's often have and the sand feels so wonderful. Soft and cold. Didn't need much water to form things. We use a cover to keep rain and animals out. Very clean creamy white colored play sand.
