Prorun chain saw

Purchased a Prorun Chainsaw from Tractor Suppy as they had the best price. Wasn't in stock when I ordered it and it was supposed to arrive in 5 days but actually arrived in 3. Started using the saw and ran into immediate problems. Called Prorun and they really weren't much help. Took it back to Tracyir Supply and took it back with almost no questions asked. Would have exchanged the saw for another one if they had it stock as I liked the size and the price but since I would have had to reorder, ship, etc I just got my money back. Experience with Tractor Supply was great, experience with the saw was so-so.
