Expect to spend an entire day trying to predator proof this enclosure if you live in an area with raccoons or opossums. The gaps between the panels are massive. I covered the bottom half in small gauge hardware cloth. I am hoping this will keep my ducks safe but I am not feeling great about it. Will try to update this review if I experience losses.

Hardware and instructions missing. I cannot get in touch with anyone to help The local store could not help, they gave us a number and I was on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. While trying to find where this coop was from to contact that seller directly I found the instructions online. Which is ridiculous now I have to print them off because I can’t keep going back and forth from my phone. And now we are also concerned some panels are missing. If we do not have any resolution by tomorrow we will be returning this item and going with a different manufacturer and seller or build our own. We wanted are coops to match but now it’s going to look ridiculous with 2 different coops next to each other. I am very disappointed in all of this. I had heard good things about this manufacturer and I have always trusted Tractor Supply I will not be using Tractor Supply or this manufacturer again. And if anyone asks I will give them my experience. I’m not saying they will have the same experience but they should be aware.

I bought two for Catios. One at my place out of town for work and one at home with my husband.

Great product. I could not be happier. Its very well built. Came with all the parts needed to assemble. Very nice pen. We use it as a catio. I bought three and connected them together. Very simple to assemble.
