The Pro Series 4 Post Aluminum Utility Truck Rack, lets you free up your truck bed for tools and supplies by raising those long and heavy loads (up to 800 lb.) into the air and out of the back of the truck. The truck rack easily installs with basic hand tools, no drill needed, and can be removed quickly when not in use. The universal design of the truck rack fits most make and model trucks, with short or long beds. Individual front and rear racks on the truck rack install safely and securely to support your extension ladders, deck boards, plumbing supplies, pipes and more. Constructed of heavy duty aluminum bars measuring 1.5 in. wide, this truck rack won't rust.

Q: Are longer J bolts available for this model? It doesn't fit the slide rack of a Toyota Tacoma and the manufacturer does not have an answer. Need 4" of threading above the plate on the bolt.

- A: Hello, thank you for your question. Per the vendor, "We do not have the information requested available as the J bolts that come with the unit are the only ones we have tested. We do not know what to suggest as we have received the information that this unit may not be compatible with Toyota Tacoma trucks because of the Bed Channel Support Brackets on the truck bed. - A: Hi! Great question, when installed it requires to be bolted down. However, if you are still concerned I might suggest removing and storing it away when not in use. Q: I'm thinking of buying these. Then place the rear section forward and the front section aft. Then I think I can mount my bed cover on top of that. Does this seem logical? I'd use a length of steel as a spacer to float in between and as a mounting surface.
