More hunters are hunting more remotely than ever before. That means shot steadiness on tough terrain is more critical than ever before. Enter the Trigger Stick Apex. Its super-strong yet lightweight carbon fiber wrapped aluminum legs deploy fast and adjust on the fly to even the trickiest terrain with a squeeze of the trigger. The rock-solid Apex-Frame design allows quick adjustment and smooth panning to keep heavier rifles on-target and rock-solid from low sitting positions to nearly 6-foot-high standing positions.

Trigger sticks

They’re not that great as only 2 of the legs go down when you lift the tripod back up and when lowering the tripod it squeaks so loud it’s ear piercing. I’ve emailed the distributor and have been ghosted. Do not recommend

Carbon Apex Tripod is Solid

I got one of the Apex Carbon tripod last fall and it works great. It is a little heavy, but the weight is what adds to stability. You can screw the gun cradle off and put on a Spotting scope on. Works good enough to not need 2 tripods. After seeing the new version with magna switch, with the rotation for angle, solved the only complaint I had. Hoping they get the magna switch adapters in before my next hunt!

This is a stable, very platform, didn’t know you needed a king-fu grip to use the trigger to lower and operate the height of the tripod, great for short people.
