The Elberta Peach produces fruit that are excellent fresh from the tree as a delicious snack. It is versatile in the kitchen and can be cooked, canned or frozen. The Redskin Peach requires 750 chill hours and are self-pollinators. They have showy, pinkish-white flowers in the spring, which make them a lovely addition to landscapes.
