I use this for outside when it is hot. It gives a nice spot for my cat to be able to get something to drink when he doesn’t want to come inside. It fits nicely on my porch.

I've owned this station for three years. After the first year the valve that meters to flow stopped on occasion. The dispenser needed to be "shaken" in order to have water dispensed into the bowl. I've kept it because it's large and expensive. After the warranty period, don't assume water will be dispensed for your pet. You could end up with a very thirsty animal.

Ours has been with us for many years but the rubber check valve is worn out. It’s a little rubber gasket. Does anyone know where we can get a replacement little rubber gasket for this?

Love this water bowl. Easy to fill without spilling everywhere! Dirty water doesn’t go back into the jug. Stainless steel is easy to keep clean.

I absolutely love this waterer BUT my Doxies tend to get it off the base and chew the spring and necessary parts of the lid. I wish they sold replacement lids!!! I may look at others that have replacement lids only for this fact.

We have had the large water station for a year now but it will stop dispensing water. We have 3 dogs that keep it busy and we have to give it a kick to dispense. We have cleaned around the spring and replaced the filter put didn't help.

The small size is great for cats or tiny dogs! The water is relatively shallow and comes close to the lip of the bowl, so I wouldn't recommend it for dogs that like to splash while they drink. The medium size is perfect for small and medium size dogs as there is much more room above the water line. We also own the large size for our large dogs! Great product!

I bought the 32 Oz a few months ago, as we have two medium dogs. It works great and it is wonderful that I do not have to fill it twice a day like other bowls have been for us in the past. Trouble is the nozzle/spring load piece broke so it's not working now, and I can't find that piece anywhere. I don't want to have to re buy the whole tank when all we need is the twist on/dispenser piece.

Our dogs love it, it's so much better than constantly filling up a water bowl!!

I love this watering station. It's easy to keep clean unlike some I've had. When I want to wash the bowl just pop the jug off and done. It holds a good amount of water I fill about once or twice a week. My dog and the cats share. I feel great knowing their getting fresh water every time. So far no messes. It is great!

I bought this product over a month ago for my dog to try and use for drinking water. He loves to be able to have fresh water all the time.

I replaced my silver water bowl for my dogs with the healthy pet water station. I really love that it filters everything and only puts out the clean, healthy water! It holds a lot of water so I’m not constantly refilling it like I was with the old bowl I was using. It automatically fills up when it gets low. Easy to clean as well. Super happy with it!

I'm going through a divorce and just recently moved with three cats, so I was looking forward to receiving this and hopefully worrying less about forgetting to check their water bowl level. But honestly, I just wasn't satisfied. I respect the company for trying, however this product missed the mark. Detailed instructions weren't included, and it was difficult to figure out exactly how the parts latched together. Once I finally figured that out through trial and error, I filled it and sat it down. Not even five minutes later water started flooding onto my floor. It seems to be lacking a way to tell when the bowl is full, and nothing stops the water from coming out. There's a possibility I put it together wrong, which would be solved with providing better instructions.

This water bowl is so much better than similar styles we’ve tried. Others leaked terribly, were too easily pushed over by the dog, or simply too much hassle to fill. This one is sturdy, hasn’t leaked in weeks, and is very easy to fill, flip and lock. We had water dishes in several spots, but he quickly started always going to this one (likely figured out that it always has water in it) So we’ve actually been able to get the rest of the dishes off the floor. Highly recommend.

This water station is a life savor! My pup never runs out of water now and I’m not constantly refilling her bowl. Nice fresh water is always available at her disposal. Perfect size for my girl and no messes! Easy to clean too!

This is very nice and well made. But my dog would not drink from it he always has had a bowl for water and guess you can’t reach old dog a new trick. I placed outside for the birds and they do like it

Smaller than I thought so could definitely use a bigger one for my dog. It can hold a lot of water for her. The bowl she drinks out of is just a little small but it works for what it's meant to.

I bought this water fountain for my outdoor cat. I have a bad habit of not remembering to keep this full. I like being able to remove the stainless steel dish for cleaning. The container holds plenty of water for her and will last about a week. The unit is built well and seems like it’s going to hold up for a while.

Neither my cat, or my dog would use this. I have no idea why. It's really nice, I like how the pan slips out for easy cleaning so the water is always fresh. It's really easy to set up and it's such a good idea, but my pets will not use it.

I have an eight year old female dog that's roughly around 65 lbs so she is constantly drinking water. After setting this up and letting her try it out she seems very happy with her new water station. This is able to hold more than enough water for days and I don't have to repeatedly add water to her bowl so I decided to use regular tap water instead of filtered. One reason for that is you can get the carbon filter sold separately which gets rid of odor or that nasty taste which I know she would appreciate. The stainless steal bowl is removable and can be placed in the dish washer for easy cleaning. I don't mind that at all as that's one less chore for me. It's easy to tell when more water needs to be added as you can see through it and even after filled at it's heaviest it's very easy to move around. The top is wide making it easy to add water or monthly detail cleaning. I'm very happy with how easy this is to use and having fresh water available for days as well as blend in nicely with my kitchen.I highly recommend for any size dog!

We have a lab that loves to sunbath and sit outside. Living in Texas it can get very hot here. We use the PetSafe - Healthy Pet Water Station outside so I dont have to constantly refill her water dish. Love it! It is sturdy, holds plenty of clean fresh water for her while she sunbaths. It is super easy to clean as well.

I reviewed this item really fast and I absolutely love this water dispenser.. it's sturdy material and also stainless steel as well.. it is easy to fill and top locks so u don't spill water everywhere while connecting it to the base .. j recommend this product to all animal owners..

So far I'm really liking this with the 2-gallon reservoir. That much water stays cooler longer, and the opening for the water is large enough to be able to pour ice in if needed. I like that the container isn't white like the picture, but is translucent so you can see the level of the water; however, I don't know if that will be good in the long run as that can allow the sun to warm up the water and allow things to grow. There isn't a lot of pressure to push the fresh water down into the bowl, so if there is any slime or dirt in the bowl, it just stays there, but having a stainless bowl in the bottom is much better than the plastic! Got the big size for my big dogs, but need to elevate this - wish it had some sort of an add-on stand or taller bottom for it, as it is pretty much as shown - bowl right down near the ground only a few inches.

I love Petsafe's products, but not this one. The dish is very shallow and the gallon tank is frosted so you can't tell when it's empty. I am in the process of returning it.

Bought this to replace a standard water dish that our pup would rather play with and spill than drink from. This solved the problem as the weight of the water in the container prevents play. This meets our needs perfectly as he now always has water available. It is easy to use and well made. Saw a cheaper unit elsewhere but it had a plastic bowl that didn’t come off for washing. The metal bowl with this unit is easy to remove and wash. The only thing that would make this better is if you could fill it from the top. Just what we needed.

I really like this product. I would love it if I were able to fill it through the top without removing the entire bottle. I have no idea why the top is removable if not to fill the bottle?? Overall it is a good water bowl.
