Cat trap

Easy enough installation, but the door wedges straight down and trapped my cat's paw in the little opening at the bottom. He screams and can't free himself. I couldn't get the door open without breaking his toes, so I had to cut the cat door off at the hinges. He's still limping the next day. Do not recommend for people who leave it unattended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was just ok. It was a struggle to set up. It never seemed to align evenly without a fight. Once we got it set up it lasted for a couple of months and the door cracked a little. It’s a cat door, what are you gonna do?

Our cat figured out how to open it.

Nice door but it has a serious design flaw. When it is set to allow cats in but not out our cat figured out how to open it from inside the house to let herself out. She uses her paw/claws to pull it towards her enough to poke her nose under the door and slip right out. It's only a matter of time before our other cat can do this too. Then we'll have to order 2 new cat doors of a different type. Don't waste your money and time on this.
