Super easy to assemble and get to work. All you have to do is attach the gun for assembly. And you’re ready to start spraying. Seems to dry down quick I would just be conscious of the spray keep your hands and face covered.

I was a little nervous at first about using it but it turned out to be a breeze to use. I always had trouble getting in my front door because of all the bugs there. After it was sprayed it kept the bugs away from my front door at night. I definitely recommend this product and will continue to use it for years to come.

Amazing work! All I have to do is just install the sprayer gun then spray directly into the area you want to use, 100% sure you will never see any insects or ants or anything crawling on the ground appear again. No strong smell but work amazing. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been using Orth Home Defense Insect Killer for both indoor and perimeter treatments, and I’ve been very pleased with the results. This product is easy to use and does an excellent job of providing a line of defense against insects that once invaded my garage. I sprayed about 40-50 sprays along the outside of the garage and it is like a seal that works great!

This spray has been very helpful and a little goes a long way. I usually have a issue with box setter bugs and ants, but this has helped to keep both away. I haven't sprayed more than one application so far. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for bug control.

I like this ortho home defense spray. I have bought it multiple times. And keep it on hand amd use it all year long. We live across from a pond. So the barrier definitely works from keeping bugs in. And it really does works. We significantly see the difference from now to before we had started using it. Definitely will keep using, it works!

The spray wand is a great tool to get to a more precise area. However the coil is a bit stiff. There is minimal smell. Easy to use. Dries quick and safe to use indoors. We seem to have less roaches since using it.

Effective at keeping sugar ants away!

Ortho Home Defense Insect Killer is one of my go-to products every spring when the sugar ants start coming inside looking for water and sweets. I sprayed the perimeter of my home along with common entry points and moisture areas like under sinks, around pipes, toilets, tubs, and windows. I noticed a significant reduction in ants coming inside, and the ones that were getting in did not stick around long.
What I really appreciate is how effective and long-lasting it is. One application seems to continue working for weeks. I also have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and a child who is sensitive to products, so safety is important to me. I simply allow the treated areas to fully dry before letting everyone back into the spaces, and it has always been a no-brainer product for our household.
If you are dealing with seasonal ants or other crawling bugs, this product absolutely gets the job done.

This is such an easy product to use. No overwhelming odor or noticeable residue. The trigger sprayer makes it easy to pin point the exact areas you need and takes the pressure off your wrists and shoulders. It's helped eliminate our most common pest, ants.

Thoughtfully designed and gets the job done

I’ve been very happy with the Ortho Home defense insect kit for indoor and outdoor perimeter use this season. The bottle size is generous without being bulky and it stores easily when not in use. One of the standout features is the spray design itself. The grip fits comfortably in the hand and feels natural to use, which makes treating larger areas much easier.
The spray function also works extremely well with impressive range and two useful settings. The mist option is great for covering broader outdoor areas like mulch beds while the targeted stream works perfectly for cracks in cement and tighter spaces around the home. The application feels controlled and efficient rather than messy or awkward.
Most importantly, the product does exactly what it promises. It has kept both the inside and outside of my home insect free throughout this season, reliable easy to use and thoughtfully designed overall.

We bought this product times before, without realizing that we did. I am not comfortable using it indoor so we kept it for outdoor only , since i don't want to get much chemicals inside. We don't have a lots of bugs inside after doing the spray 3 times a year so I guess it is really working very easy to use and following the instructions.

This is a big gallon with an easy handle, easy instructions to set up hose and operate and control the amounts you spray. My mothers uses this at her house and so it was an easy yes trial for it. It dries fast, minimal smell and it goes a long way around house!

Love the packaging and the ease of use for this product. We are fighting sugar ants and it killed them immediately with no residue. It did not stop further intrusion though so multiple sprays are needed.

Great packaging came fully wrapped I was concerned about the possibility of spilling but it was wrapped in plastic. I was so excited that this covered all of my 3,000 sq foot home inside and outside and I have plenty left over. I live in Texas so bugs are king here but I haven't seen any since spraying and it's getting warm out now. Excellent Product.

No after smell, sprayed in corners around the garage which is where most bigs seem to come in from. The attached spray does not work, it leaks and doesn’t spray well, so I recommend putting it in a different spray bottle.

Not a bad product by any means but it’s not exactly people or animal safe! The recommendation is to clear the house or sprayed areas and then allow those areas to dry! Consider taking the family out for a trip to the park or something. I’m not mad at the packaging.

We usually get summer ants that find their way into the house. We sprayed this and it made a BIG difference. We haven’t seen a single one. It was effective and easy to use and simple packaging and instructions. I would recipe d this product if you have any sort of exterior/interior insect problem!
