I bought this chainsaw to support the Christmas Tree giveaway I run every year. Chainsaw worked flawlessly all day right out of the box and had plenty of power for my particular use. The chain oil provided with the saw was sufficient to lubricate the chain continuously throughout the day. The only issue was that the manual did not match the actual product. The manual called out a process to prime the chain oiling mechanism, but the saw had an automatic oiler. I would recommend this product for typical homeowner use.

Great little chainsaw - will do pretty large trees! Strong. As others have stated, you MUST be aware of chain tightness & tighten with the knob every few minutes (easy!) or chain falls off - there goes 10 minutes putting it back on (not so easy LOL).Battery power is of course better (especially for hurricanes unless you have a generator), but for $125 on sale, a great buy. And gas ones suck if you don't use them all the time. This one can sit in my shed for 5 years, and should crank right up. I always had to fiddle with gas one....

I ordered this chain saw because it showed as in stock. Ordered with same day delivery. I assumed it would be coming from in town store. Then after ordering, it showed as getting ready to ship from Oregon to Pennsylvania. I immediately cancelled the order and requested a refund. A day later no reply. If it shows I will be returning to local store. Maybe then they'll have one in store in stock for the next sucker.

This is the worst designed chainsaw I have ever used in my life! I spent more time fiddling with it and putting the chain back on and using it. The tension is attached to the chainsaw cover button just ridiculous. I didn’t read the reviews online because I wrongly assume Tractor Supply wouldn’t sell crap.

Im only giving it 1 star because i cant rate it any lower, i bought 1 and used it about 10 minutes and it stopped working, took it back got another one and cut 2 small limbs with it and it stopped working, took it back and got a refund and went and bought one at harbor freight and its working perfectly.
