Terrible customer service

Ordered online and paid with a gift card. Shoes didn’t fit so tried to return to store where they couldn’t figure out how to refund the gift card, spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service and supposedly they took care of it. No one knew what they are doing and now I have no shoes, no gift card and got nothing. First and last time doing business with this company.

I’ve only wore them a few times.They look good and mostly comfortable,But could use more cushioning in the sole and around the top heel.

Good shoes, needs extra glue

Great shoes, however make sure you have shoe glue available. My sole on both feet needed to be glued back together after about 40 hrs of use. Once glued, seemed to be working fine. They are tough, durable, waterproof and comfortable.
