The National Plant Network Arctic Flame Rose Plant provides gardeners in colder regions with a beautiful, red-blooming hybrid tea rose. This shrub is fragrant with vibrant red blooms and glossy green leaves. Producing blooms on long stems and larger blooms 4-5 in. across, this particular rose is a wonderful addition for cutting gardens.
