Hillman Box Rail Face Mount Bracket Single Splice Galvanized for installing new barn doors. Galvanized finish helps prevent corrosion. Use with box rails only. Ensure that bracket is installed 1-1/16" down from top of barn door. Available in several sizes. Holds up to 450lbs.

- A: The bracket should be installed 1-1/16" down from the top of the barn door, not below it. This means measuring downward from the door's top edge to position the bracket correctly for proper hanging and operation.3 months agoHelpful?

- A: Great question! I can’t help you. I do know that National Hardware was bought by Stanley and seems to have limited their distribution. So it may be that TSC isn’t currently able to get them. I have found that the big box hardware store with the blue logo does have them, I don’t like to stear people away from this site, but if TSC can’t get what you need check there5 years agoHelpful?

- A: This partially depends on the weight of your door. But for sets of doors roughly 2.5’X 7’ made of wood, I use 4 brackets on an 8’ rail.5 years agoHelpful?
