Q: Why doesn't the photo match what is in the store? I went to TS expecting a rail with holes on top allowing mounting through them. Instead, they had welded brackets on top that only allow face mounting! The brackets were not removable without a grinder.

Good product. Store to store transfers?

Product is good, works as it should. Our local TSC had small supply of these rails, a few less than what we needed to complete our project. Another Iowa store DID have a supply of them on hand, however we were told that at the Ankeny location that a store to store transfer by weekly truck was not an option. The only option we had was driving a few hours and picking up the rails ourselves. We are long time customers of the Ankeny store and were really frustrated with the lack of willingness to help us get the rails we needed for the rest of our project. Jennifer happened to be working on the day we stopped in to the store, and immediately offered her help. She ended up driving to the other store to get the rails and bringing them to the Ankeny store for us to pick up. She saved us a lot of time! We are super appreciative that she went above and beyond to keep long time customers happy!
