MMR is fantastic it kills the mold and mildew. But the smell is way to strong! Even though I wore a mask it was really tough to tolerate. That's why I gave it a 4 rating because of the way to strong of a smell.

We found mold in the attic and researched the best Mold remover. Found someone on youtube that said they worked as professionals with it. I figured I try it, since the other stuff I bought did not work. This is like magic, you spray and it’s gone. One thing though, it’s very toxic. You need a respirator mask, strong gloves and cover any exposed skin. The smell is bad for a day or two If you can’t ventilate the area well, Chlorine smell but super strong. All worth it. The wood looks like it never hand any mold on it.
