Finally got the gate set up on my driveway and we have been loving it. I ran power down to keep the battery charged and set up a security camera at the gate. Also set up the app based remote opener which has been awesome to use via the phone from anywhere.

Circuit board replacement is about the same as the entire system! I’ve been through two of these gate openers in eight years and now I’m at the point where I’m questioning a pricy upgrade or just an understanding that I’ll need to replace the opener every four years…disappointing.

This one is smaller then the one we had but works great. As with the other one we had to change things around some and it does get aggravating when installing but eventually it all comes together. Had to google a time or two and watch a video but it finally done.

I am not sure if you are using a MMB200 Battery box with a FM150 Mighty Mule 12volt 7-amp hour battery. The MMB200 holds two FM150 batteries, and you may want to add an extra FM150 battery and FM316 Battery warmer for the colder times of the year. Mighty Mule FM123 10-Watt Solar panel can have another FM123 added to provide more solar power to recharge the batteries, or you could use our new FM125 30-watt solar panel. Please review these options when you call Tech Support!

As a professional fence installer that installs fencing and automatic gate opens, i highly recommend staying clear of this product and mighty mule products from for design to connective issue from the control box to the remote is beyond poor not mention the terrible customer support

This thing only works when it wants to. Sometimes it will open with the button and sometimes with the code, but most of the time it doesn't want to work at all. Very frustrating for the price we paid with all the extra remotes, keypads, etc for it to not work 99% of the time.
