I purchased this pony saddle blanket to use as a pressing tool for quilting. The wool absorbs the heat evenly and presses both sides at once. Much cheaper than buying the wool mats sold by quilt stores.

I bought this because it said it was made of wool but in fact it is 20% polyester. No where in its description does it mention this.
