Great Product-READ DIRECTIONS!

First I would like to note that I use mine with the circulation fan. I was not going to get this incubator because of some of the reviews. What I found when I set this up is that it is a great product if you READ THE DIRECTIONS. I think that some of the people who wrote bad reviews didn't read the directions, stuck in their eggs, and turned the thing on. You MUST let it run for a day to fine tune the temp. Once you find the right temp, you are all set. I have found that this has kept a VERY steady temp once I got it fine tuned to just the right spot. Again, I have the fan on mine and it works great! I am going to look into the egg turner too.

Not Worth Time, Nor Effort, Nor Expence

Purchased my 1st unit on March 27, 2016. Found within two days it would not hold a consistent temperature. Had eggs inside. Returned to Tractor Supply and purchased second unit. Did two day heat up and temperature stabilization test, seem to be ok by factor setting at the time. Transferred eggs into the newer unit and returned 1st to store. Found within a few days I had to run unit on 100.5 to maintain a 99.5 temperature. Out of 13 eggs all of which being candled at 14 days had hatch-able chick growth, one would think, we had 5 that actually hatched out. 50% of those were questionable if they would live. Humidity was horrendous to keep at recommended percentages for hatching. Had two thermometers that showed humility percentages and they were NEVER what was shown on the digital unit. Assume that had a great deal to do with hatch results. Will soon be returning this 2nd unit for refund. WILL NOT, can I repeat, WILL NOT be purchasing another one of these units. Have been hatching eggs since youth on our farm, have NEVER had as bad a hatch rate as I've had with this Little Giant still air.

Read before buying not after…..

Ok I bought this at my local TSC I now one why you have to order on line only !!! After ready about it it was 80 percent you can’t sue use and refer to your library and local university for useful info on what you need to learn SO IN MY OPINION DO NOT READ THE PAPERS THAT COME EITH IT AFTER YOU BUY IT AND TAKE IT HOME…… But instead read them before you buy it and decide if it is something you really need or even understand because what little you find if your language is basically there legal department???!!!

Temp fluctuations will KILL all your chicks!!!!!

Garbage! I have seen the temperature as low as 84 and as high as 114. My house temp is always 80-85. It has killed far more chicks than it has hatched. DO NOT BUY!!!

No, I do not recommend this product.
