It looked beautiful on the site but we never got it. Seems, according to Tractor Supply the shipping company lost it. I would give it a zero since the shipping company was so poor but this review site will not let me go that low. Considering canceling my credit card over this.

Wasn't sure really wanted to post a review but decided it would be best so others won't have the same experience. The shed was great for the first year. Once the year was over and I tried to get stuff out near winter it was no longer useful. The wall next to the door has warped and has affected the door. The door no longer closes and I've had the gap covered in all weather duct tape while I've been trying to figure out how to fix it. Can't afford to replace. It is apparently not suitable for New England weather changes.

We have had the shed for several years. In a recent storm the "skylight" broke ... I called Customer Service and experienced no long wait time. The Associate was very helpful ... within minutes the replacement was ordered ... and to my surprise no cost was associated with the replacement. Thank you for making what I expected to be a difficult interaction very easy.

I was shocked at how well I was treated when calling to ordering replacement floor panels for our storage shed. It was an amazing experience.

I absolutely love this shed!
I currently live in Fort Myers, FL and we were recently hit by Hurricane Ian and this shed withstood the wind and rain!! It only shifted off the foundation, I highly recommend this shed for anyone who lives on Florida!!!

The manual was way to long. The video was ok if we had the same shop. It is extremely difficult to put together. Flimsy as all get out. Would not recommend anyone to get one. Not worth what we paid for it.

I purchased and installed the subject shed mid July, basiclly we followed the provided instructions very closely and no issues in construction (my wife and I only). Had a door issue that was resolved with customer service immediately and parts came to Alberta very soon afterwards.

Love my Shed

I love my shed. My son and a couple of neighbors helped me assemble this shed. It was not the easiest shed to assemble. The directions were lacking in certain areas, and there was not an assembly video for my particular shed. It took us a whole day. It has been up for at least 6 months and has stayed dry through all the Florida storms. The fact that it won't rust or fade is a real plus. I am so happy with this shed!

Bulging Corner and warped Corner Trim

The first one of these I purchased I loved, not so with this second one. The right hand corner - the first to install- went in odd but we were able to install however corner did not have a crisp edge, thought it would straighten out as assembly continued. It did not. Hence the corner beauty edge does not fit. The rest of shed went up pretty well, however all the corner beauty edges are warping and twisting. Also, since the righ hand corner wall is bowed at corner, there is a significant gap between door edged and wall edge. Should have reported when I assembled in November but did not. The neighbors that were going to purchase one, decided not to due to this issue.

I was very excited to build my shed. The instructions were great and everything went perfect until I got to the bottom of the box. Someone had moved the box wrong and stuck a fork from a forklift thru the bottom of the box and 3 out of 4 of the corner panels. I called lifetimes customer service and was connected to a men named Trenton. He really sounded like he wanted to help me. He sent me all 4 corners and they arrived the very next day. I finished building it and would do it again with this great product and super service I received.

The kit was delivered with a floor panel that had two fork lift holes through it. I had to edit for a replacement panel. After the replacement panel arrived I spent two hours trying to connect the floor panels together. The tabs and slots on the edges of the panels do not line up. The video they provide showing how to assemble the floor uses rigid floor panels that are not flimsy like the ones you get and with slots that have been widened so they interlock easily.
