- A: You must anchor your shed to keep your warranty intact. Failure to anchor the shed may result in property damage and/or personal injury. You can find instructions on how to anchor your shed toward the back of the assembly manual. You can download that beforehand from lifetime.com under the model number. Additional hardware may be required. If you plan on anchoring your shed to a concrete platform, you must purchase the correct anchoring hardware. We recommend using a hammer drill, 5/16" (8mm) masonry bit, four (4) 3/8" x 2" (10 mm x 5cm) Concrete Screws and four (4) 3/8" x 1" (10 mm x 2.5 cm) Fender Washers. These would be drilled and screwed into the 4 corners of the shed into the concrete.6 months agoHelpful?

The shed's floor is part of the structure of the shed and any modifications could alter the shed's stability. It is not recommended that a hole be cut into the shed's floor. Doors don’t close well, otherwise it’s good

Bought a few months ago. When I finally got it put together, neither of the doors close properly. I had to take off a piece for one of them, and the other one I have to close simultaneously with the other door, which doesn’t work when I want one door locked. Other than that, it has held up to some pretty heavy rain and is quite solid.

Doors very difficult to close

We bought this shed after seeing it online at the Rona hardware. We had 2 experienced people to put it together, which took 2 days. the doors do not lineup.

Instructions wrong in 4 critical spots

#60001, instructions are completely wrong in several critical sections. Had to take apart twice. The door rods ARE DIFFERENT LENGTHS. Instructions say one size for both right and one smaller for both lefts. WRONG! Front MUST HAVE SHORT. SIDE MUST HAVE LONG RODS!!! There are several other misprints directions completely 180 degrees WRONG. BAD WARPED UP PANELS. NOTHING FITS AND I HAVECOMPLETELY LEVEL FLAT CONCRETE. DOORS DONT FIT ON END. FRONT ARE BADLY MISALIGNED AND NONE OF THE ADVICE WORKS. GARBAGE

Overall we like the shed, but it did not fit together like it should which made install frustrating. There were two parts of the roof and wall that no matter what we did could not get them to fit together. We were able to “make it work,” but it was not optimal. I’m not sure if I would buy it again.

Inspite of reading user guide multiple times, watching video half dozen times and 8 grueling hours, i was unable to complete the install. I should have stuck with what i know best and built a wood shed in less time.

Was able to build myself, 2 people would come in handy. Only issues I had were with the instructions: my set had the first set of hardware mislabeled so I thought they were missing. Called customer service gave me the right letters turned out I had them under different ones. My shed has 2 sets of doors. Each set has different size tubes to place in them. Instructions did not indicate this, again customer service set me straight. So all in all instructions could use some updating, but shout out to the customer service team for being excellent

Bought this shed made the base to the actual measurements per instructions and had to add an additional 2x4 t base so floor sat flat with no overhang.
To make the door level had to shim almost 1” this is going to cause issues with the floor. Not happy at all. For the cost of the shed I expect it to sit flush with the base.

Just finished assembly, everything fit perfectly. 0 quality issues. Instructions were sub par. Storing a 0-turn mower so base was important as it is very heavy. Used treated 2x6” for the wood base. I actually assembled it by myself with a little creativity and Jorgensen type clamps. I’m 72.

I watched the video first, then my wife and I put it up in a few hours. The shelter windows let lots of light in. I had a problem with the doors being tight and phoned Lifetime. Super friendly people and sent modified part to make it fit properly.

I bought this shed from homebase in the uk. The shed came in 2 large boxes. We undid the boxes and everything was there labelled correctly the instructions were so easy to follow w had it up in 2 days. The shed is well worth the money and when the shed was up it is sturdy and very well built.

We are very happy with our purchase! Have wanted this shed for a long time. The shed is perfect and Lifetime customer service has been terrific. We contacted them to find someone to install it. The person they sent was great. Lyl was his name and he did his job well. Fast and efficient. Professional and friendly. Couldn't be more satisfied. Although one of the lock assemblies was defective, we called Lifetime and they immediately shipped us a replacement, no charge at all! Highly recommend Lifetime products and service, thank you!

Is it to hard to ask you label the metal pieces too? You’re instructions for this is horrible, Im sure your company can improve on this. Based on the comments from your video I am not the only one that feels this way.
