Nice heavy duty hose cart. Holds a lot of hose and is easy to use. There is one aggravating flaw in the design, but there is an easy fix. The swivel connection the short supply hose connects to rotates when you crank the reel to roll up the hose and the little supply hose twists all up and kinks. I have 4 of these and they all do it. If you zip tie the brass swivel piece to the bar beside it, the problem is eliminated.

I bought thus a month ago, and like the operation. I had a little trouble first with the wheels and then with a bad leak, but was able to modify easily and now it works great. I also didn't like the right-angle hose connection to the reel. Here is what I did: 1. The wheels did not turn easily with the nuts tightened. One reviewer indicated that he left the nuts loose so the wheels would turn freely, but I don't think that is a good idea. I discovered that the wheel hub is just too long (see photo) for the length of the shoulder on the bolt. I was able to easily shorten the wheel-hub length with a rasp, then tighten the nut, and it works fine. The Mfr should either shorten the wheel hub or replace the screw with a longer-shouldered screw. 2. There was bad leak at the junction of the galvanized tee and the hub of the reel. The problem is that the washer used by the reel manufacturer was a rubber washer which deformed badly when the tee was tightened onto the reel. I replaced the rubber washer with a fiber washer (that does not deform) and re-tightened the assembly. Now it works fine. The Mfr should replace the rubber washers used (2 places) with fiber washers. 3. As for the right-angled lead hose connection, I installed a 45-degree adapter. I believe this will relieve potential kinking of the main hose. I would recommend that if the manufacturer wants 5-star ratings, they should at least consider revisions for items 1 & 2.
