This product comes in an easy-to-use aerosol spray can and is formulated to kill adult fleas and ticks and control larvae. To use, simply spray it on any cloth or upholstered surface where you suspect the pests may be, such as pet beds, carpets and underneath cushions. Knockout E.S. Area Flea and Tick Treatment is suitable for industrial buildings, commercial buildings, veterinary clinics, utilities, warehouses, transportation equipment and more. Provides up to 7 months of reinfestation protection.How it Works
This spray product kills active tick and flea infestations, prevents development of flea infestations, prevents reinfestation for up to 7 months, and contains Nylar® to regulate insect growth.
Special Precautions
- This product is extremely flammable. Keep away from heated surfaces, sparks, and fire. Do not expose to temperatures above 130°F, as this could cause the container to burst.
- Contents are under pressure. Do not incinerate or puncture container.
- Do not contaminate feed, food, or water by disposal or storage.
- Apply this product only as directed on the label.
- Drift from treatment areas could be hazardous to organisms in adjacent bodies of water.
- This product is toxic to birds and fish. Do not apply directly to water, in areas where surface water is present, or in intertidal areas below the average high water mark.
- Avoid contamination of feedstuffs or food.
- Harmful if absorbed through the skin, inhaled, or swallowed.
- Do not breathe spray mist or vapors.
- Avoid contact with eyes or skin. If contact occurs, flush with copious amounts of water. Wash with warm water and soap following use. If irritation continues, seek medical attention.
Immediately contact your closest emergency animal hospital or vet.

Not for oral administration. Use VIRBAC KNOCKOUT® extra strength Area Treatment at the rate of 16 oz for up to 2100 sq ft (8 oz for up to 1000 sq ft). Carpeted areas may be vacuumed before treatment and after treatment has dried. Treat infested areas or areas which could be infested; these include rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, pet beds and pet resting areas. Hold can at arm's length and direct spray toward the areas to be treated. Use a sweeping motion to apply product and back away from treated area while holding the can 36 inches away from the surface being treated. Area of 80-100 sq ft can be treated in approximately 10 seconds with VIRBAC KNOCKOUT® extra strength Area Treatment.
