Worst Toaster I’ve Ever Owned

This toaster is absolutely terrible!
I bought the 4-slice version of this toaster and DO NOT recommend it at all.
When I first took it out of the box the pure chemical smell coming off of it was atrocious. I had to leave it out on my counter overnight and do a couple of “toast nothing” runs just to get rid of the smell. So off to an awful start.
Once I was finally able to toast something it took forever to actually “toast”, and even when you have it on level 5 it’s barely toasted. I’ve had to double toast everything.
It also for some inexplicable reason beeps at you when it’s finished which is just insane. That’s the last thing I need it to do.
I’ve had it for about 20 days (I’ve toasted something nearly every day) and the thing that finally put the nail in the coffin was it didn’t toast the upper half of a bagel. I cannot stress this enough the attached picture is how it toasted on level 5 (the highest level) and the top half is not cooked at all, I promise not a shadow. DO NOT BUY!
No, I do not recommend this product.

I purchased this toaster because I wanted or thought I was buying quality. It so happens it toasts the same as the brand i replaced it with that I paid 1/2 the price for. I have to pop the bread up 1/2 way through & turn it upside down to toast evenly. It burns one side of English muffins & the other side is lightly toasted. I have purchased 3 kitchen aid stand mixers, actually 4 stand mixers, gave one a long time ago as a gift, 1 hand mixer & now 2 toasters. I’ve been pretty loyal but now not so much with the toaster. Toaster is very disappointing for the price I paid.

Sleek and modern

An excellent toaster! There is even browning on both sides of the bread. I love the tone that let's me know the toast is ready. It's sleek and a definite upgrade from my previous 15 year old toaster!

The toaster is not too large on the counter and toasts bread.it could have a higher setting. It has a ring sound when the toast is done , which I like
