The colored fire glass ranges from 1/2 in. to 1 in. in size for and is treated to tolerate extreme temperatures up to 1300 degrees Fahrenheit without melting or burning. These fire rocks are compatible with both natural gas and propane fire pits. Not only do the glass beads look beautiful in your fire pit but they can also be used for vase fillers arts and crafts and even planter beds. The reusable plastic jar makes it easy to store when not in use too. Kinger Home's decorative fire pit glass pellets are sold in 10 LB jars which is typically enough to cover the base of the fire bowl.
