PWC trailer

I recently purchased a Karavan Personal Watercraft Trailer, and the trailer itself has been great so far—solid, smooth towing, and very well-built. I’m very happy with the quality of the product.
Unfortunately, the experience with Tractor Supply was frustrating. The staff had little knowledge of the direct-buy registration process, and they didn’t have license plates in stock for the trailer. After a full day of back and forth, I ultimately had to go to the DMV to get plates issued myself. Great trailer, but the customer service and registration support need improvement.

This trailer was received assembled however did not come with any rollers for my 12' and 14' aluminum boats. Called Tractor supply "nothing can be done, call Karavan". Still waiting on Karavan to contact me. The wench area will have to be reworked for the longer boat. Delivery saids 3-5 days to pick up at Tractor Supply on trailer delivery. It ended up to be 3- 5 weeks.
No customer service from Tractor Supply or Karavan. Unhappy about getting help from factory or Supplier.

As advertised...arrived at TSC about 10 days ahead of schedule....TSC manager (Darren, I think) was a great help in working through the considerable paper work associated with the purchase and required by the state. Very pleased.
