Good product value. Good customer service. My order shipped missing 4 blue latches out of 12 boxes. I contacted customer service and they asked me if I wanted reimbursement or replacement. I told them to just ship me 4 more latches which they did. The latches arrived promptly and I installed them. No hassle, no problem. I would have given a 5 but I did have to get missing latches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy box that will hold a standard amount of files. Seem to be able to hold the weight of 4 if stacked on top of one another. Lid easily pops on and off. More color options would be nice i like black because hard to see into.

They work nice with file folders you buy for these type of containers. It easy to file paperwork n cover back up.

This is a well built product which seals well. We've moved many of these files in our new packaging to the garage. It's protecting the files, keeping them dry and prevents the build up of sweat. Solid box with plenty of space for files.
