My pup really loves this topper. The packet serving is just right for his 45lb size to compliment his dry food. There is plenty of gravy to flavor most of his dry food and the chunk sizes of meat are not too big or small. He loves all 3 flavors and paces around his food waiting for me to add this treat!

I tried the Instinct Healthy Cravings topper for my dogs and wanted to share my experience. The ingredient list looks quite good: the first ingredients are real meat which provide quality animal protein and nutrients. It also contains eggs as an additional protein source and some peas for fiber. A big plus is that it’s free from grains, soy, artificial colors, and preservatives. On the downside, it does include “natural flavors” (which isn’t very transparent) and some thickeners, though these are typical for this type of product. The texture is nice - a moist topper with gravy that works well to make regular food more appealing. As for taste and smell: two of my huskies absolutely loved it - they ate it with great enthusiasm and left their bowls clean 😊 However, one important note: one of my huskies has a very sensitive stomach, and this product didn’t suit her very well. So if your dog has a sensitive stomach, I’d recommend introducing it slowly and watching their reaction. Overall, it’s a solid option as a supplement to the main diet, especially for healthy dogs without digestive sensitivities.

We added this Instinct Healthy Dog food topper to our dogs food. They absolutely love it and best of all it's much healthier for them than the topper we were using. The dogs love the beef, chicken, and lamb in this topper as the other one was just liquid. They also like the gravy thick consistency as well. Definitely none of this wasted as they gobbled it up pretty quickly. We got two happy dogs, and will be switching to this topper for good.
