Leaking

I was really hopeful for this hose as I've read good reviews about it especially about it not kinking and being very durable. Unfortunately, it started leaking from the force control section near the spigot as soon as I turned the water on. I can't see any obvious cracks but water is definitely shooting out from multiple spots including near the H. I'm hoping I can get a replacement.

The brand new hose badly leaks at the yellow “H” plastic part. The outside mesh cover already starting to frey.
