I got this chainsaw and have used it a pretty good bit on big trees that are over 2 feet in diameter. works great with a sharp chain. saws right through anything 1.5 feet diameter or less like nobody's business. it has power. I'm sawing pine trees. Sorry guys, I'm still tired after using it though. lol.

I was a Stihl guy for years... I've officially switched. This saw is so easy to start. I really like the chamber decompression button and the priming bulb. Once you get it started, it cuts effortlessly through hardwoods. The five year warranty is huge for peace of mind as well. I'm very happy with this so far.

I purchased this machine around 5 years ago and I am very glad. The poulan pro i had wasn't too bad and held up but my 455 rancher has way more power and cuts like a sharp knife cutting butter. The 455 starts right up within 2 pulls even after sitting for months. 1 tune up and 3 chains is all I have purchased and the tune up was a choice so I can't complain. It's used alot every spring and even in the middle of winter when needed and never let me down. Husqvarna fuel 50:1 is all I use and it's high priced but way cheaper than a new saw.

Over the course of two days, I had cut both fallen trees into stovepipe lengths, ready for splitting later in the year. The safety features are everything on this incredible machine.

I love husqvarna chainsaws I loved my 1st saw i got 10 plus years ago. It was a smaller home owners saw im now cutting fire wood not just downed trees from storms. So I got the 455 Rancher im sure this saw wont disappoint me.

Had a tree fall on my house had to get a better chainsaw and this one cut thru the tree fast and quick. Followed directions to set it up and start it. When I did get to cutting it was fast and smooth vibrations were not there at all. Great product and i really recommend

Recently bought, was using a battery operated chainsaw and boy what a difference. This thing cuts like butter, has not had any problems cutting trees and branches on the property. Used for three straight days and the only issues was the chain came off. Put it back on and went right back to work. So far so good, will have to see about the long run, but went with this brand because of their reputation.

I picked up this saw and have been extremely satisfied with his performance, and the results of my firewood season works effortlessly through hardwood and soft wood combined and just a great saw for a homeowner and for the occasional bigger projects that you may have around your home as far as firewood goes for the winter seasons, I would highly recommend this saw to anybody who is jumping into this for the first time
