You get what you pay for. If I have to get another weed cutter next time. I would probably buy a different brand with more value for the money. I ordered mine online and pickup at store, find it was all ding up and the gas tank missing a gas cap.

Not what I expected

I used my new 122rj for e hours and it wouldn't shut off. The on/off switch didn't work and still not working. To test if it will shut off off I started it and noticed it wasn't as quiet as it was before.

Very bad customer service

I used the weed eater for about 5 days. Not even a whole gallon of fuel. And on the 6th day it would not stay running when you hit the throttle. It would just die. My husband play with the carburetor for a little while with no luck. He called the store and they said they would return it and the protection plan and sell us a new one but when we got to the store. The manger said she would not do that. She wanted to use the protection plan and not the 30 day policy. So we b walked out with all the money. We will never go back to a tractor supply company again.

First two tanks of fuel, I was impressed with this cheaper weedeater. It worked well and started easy. My third tank of fuel and third time starting the weedeater and it wont turn over. Using only pre mixed canned fuel. If you can afford a Stihl, I highly advise it. I was really hesitant when getting the 122RJ and now I really wish I would have spent the extra for a real weedeater AKA Stihl. Husqvarna has really let me down and this piece of crap isn't worth the plastic its made of.

I purchased the 122RJ specifically for the blade attachment. It works great for tall weeds, thick plants, vines, and small saplings sprouting close to tree trunks. The included shoulder strap was great to relieve stress on the back and legs during the initial 3 hours of trimming.

It barely can trim weeds and keeps stopping and stalling. I have a hard time getting it started and then once I have it started it just keeps stalling randomly. This is brand new and shouldn't be having this issue.

Not enough juice

Not as effective as I would have hoped. Need to upgrade to the version with brush saw and not just the brush blade. Works like a solid product, just doesn’t work for me.
