Hot Shot's Secret Diesel Extreme Clean & Boost is a fully formulated and concentrated fuel system cleaner and cetane booster. Designed to remove deposits and improve the performance of all types of diesel engines, from semi-trucks to RV's, this diesel injector cleaner removes all internal diesel injector deposits (IDID's) and external diesel injector deposits (EDID's) as well as waxy and polymeric deposits that can clog the fuel filter. Our powerful diesel additive and fuel cleaner cleans out injector tips, cylinders, fuel lines and tanks, all while demulsifying moisture to deliver a more efficient system. Once the fuel system is clean, Diesel Extreme contains several premium additives to enhance performance. A cetane boost can improve cetane ratings by 7 points for better combustibility, fuel economy and horsepower. With improved combustibility, you can reduce the number of diesel particulate filter (DPF) regeneration cycles required. Use 8 oz per 20 gallons of diesel fuel. Add during fuel up and run every 6,000 miles for best results. For use in all diesel engines. Use one treatment of Diesel Extreme every 6000 miles.

I own a 2013 F350, tuned to 550 horse, and decided to run this after owning the truck for almost 30k miles. Before the diesel extreme, the truck created soot, and ran pretty well. The first day I was going to put this in the truck, I put in 8 oz in. _x000D_

Be aware it smells, and it's a very strong scent. But so far I can only notice the truck makes no more soot. The trucks computer is giving no change in fuel mileage. However after one treatment of running this and consistently using the EDT it seems like I fuel up less often than prior. Only time will tell what the next treatment will indicate. _x000D_

Overall, I would recommend this product. It hasn't given me any reason to not recommend it, and so far having cleaner exhaust makes me believe it's working.

I was skeptical after trying so many additives with little to no results, but I’m happy I spent the money on this product. Every load I gross 140k on 9 axles and every tank I averaged 3.3 mpg, very sluggish and my turbo boost would be almost always be maxing out at 38lbs. I put 2 bottles in each fuel tank which is enough to treat 320 gallons, my capacity is 300 gallons. First tank jumped my mpg to 3.7, far better acceleration, and my boost pressure dropped to around 28 lbs. Absolutely sold on this product. I doubt I’ll try anything else, the search is over!

I noticed a difference when using the product, used about half of it on fill ups. The other half of the bottle leaked out in my bed box. The cap was still on, however the product you could smell and feel it all over the items in the milk crate. Once you break the original seal it’s a leaker so be aware.

I just wanted to say wow. After an hour of putting diesel extreme into my 1991 diesel Landcruiser with 300K km. It cleared up the smoke with in 1hour. However my fuel filter sedement light came on. I suspect contaminated fuel or fouled injectors. This work amazing. I also using the EDT winter.

Purchased this and put it in my Jeep Overland, Ram pickup and my RV. Have seen a big difference in mileage for the jeep and the pickup. I hope it makes a difference in the RV.

I tow a trailer with my 2013 Chevrolet from central texas to Corpus Christi which is about a 6 hour drive one way. That CP4 pump needs this additive and I add it every time I fuel up. I keep it in an extra large ammo can in the bed of the truck.

I bought my 1st diesel pickup at the beginning of December. It’s been a little learning curve but I’m happy to have found EDT and the Winter Anti-Gel products. I’m currently on a road trip and have been through some nasty weather in South Dakota and Wyoming. We’ve had 3 days of -19, -22 and -14 F (not counting wind chill) covering over 1,600 miles. I’ve been adding the anti-gel on every fill up and have not had any issues. Thank you Hot Shots, you’re a permanent part of my truck maintenance schedule.

I have a 2005 ford F250 with the 6.0 diesel, this vehicle has 166000 miles on it. I put diesel extreme in my tank, ran the truck for about 30 minutes and have noticed that the injector pump runs a lot quieter, even my lady says it is quiet and says it does not sound like my diesel.

Put diesel extreme in as directed. Very noticable improvement in smoke and rail pressure went down 200 psi on grades that i know by heart same speed same load. Mileage went up some still checking on this

I have treated (2) tanks of fuel (50 gallons), and added about 30% more diesel extreme then required to the last tank, and can already notice the engine is running smoother. I see a difference in acceleration and when towing my bass boat. Haven't checked mileage but I expect it to continue to run perfectly. Oh, I have 170,000 miles on the engine.

2005 Dodge Ram 5.9 Cummins. _x000D_
About 60k after installing new injectors I had one start to fail. Took to mechanic was told I had got a shot of dirt and would have to replace one injector. Well I took truck did a double dose of this product with a fresh tank of fuel and went for a drive. A long drive too. Ran the whole tank through it. Well no it worked truck smoothed out and no more hard starts. Returned to mechanics 2 day later he was amazed as well. 3 years later and about 200,000 km still going strong with regular treatments. Amazing product highly recommended give it a try. Might save you huge.

I own a 2022 Ram 2500, less than 6000 miles. Diesel without additives is sucks. My regens were getting down to around 400 miles. Used diesel extreme, went to 550 miles between regen. Current miles between regen is 350 and soot load is only 35%, using EDT. Great product.

Used this product to renew my truck power and mileage. I recently start pulling a larger 5th wheel, my power and mileage wasn't what I expected pulling the added load. used this produce and I gain horsepower and 7% fuel mileage increase.
